If the need for the security of a fixed monthly payment out weighs the rate of interest, then this product is right for you. The interest rate is fixed for the life of the loan and cannot be affected when national interest rates fluctuate. We'll help you choose from 10, 15, 20 up through 30 year terms and point options including a No points/No closing cost program and jumbo loan programs.


Adjustable Rate Mortgage

If paying a lower interest rate in the early years of your mortgage loan out weighs your need for a fixed monthly payment then this product is right for you. The interest rate is discounted initially making your payments lower when you need it most. We offer a variety of conforming and jumbo adjustable rate programs, some with special conversion features. Transformer Mortgage

Take advantage of a competitively priced adjustable rate mortgage with a 3, 5, or 7-year initial fixed rate period. With the Transformer Mortgage you get the best of both worlds. When the fixed rate period ends, the loan changes to a one- year adjustable rate mortgage. However, the Transformer Mortgage comes with a built-in free conversion option. At any time during the first 10 days of the month and through the 60th month of your mortgage, you can choose to convert your loan to a 30-year fixed rate mortgage.
